摘　　要：文中明确了《船员条例》后评估的背景、目的及意义,概述后评估采用的文献研究、问卷调查、实地调研的主要方法、步骤以及形成的研究报告,并重点将《船员条例》与国际公约、国内法进行比对,阐述了符合性与协调性等内容,对《船员条例》进行总体评价。The paper introduces the background, aim and significance of the post-evaluation of the Seafarer Regulations. It briefs on the methodology of the evaluation, including literature research, questionnaire investigation and on-site study as well as the research report. Focusing on the comparison between the Seafarer Regulations and international conventions as well as other domestic laws, it expounds the content of the conformity and coordination and makes a general evaluation on the Seafarer Regulations.
