摘  要:目的:了解本地区儿童血清微量元素水平,为儿童预防保健工作提供参考依据。方法采用全血、血清多元素分析仪测定西安市2945例2~6岁儿童静脉血中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)5种微量元素的含量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果西安市儿童全血中5种微量元素均有不同程度的缺乏,缺乏率以Ca缺乏最高,占55.7%,其次是Fe与Zn,缺乏率均为32.5%。且Cu、Zn、Fe含量在不同年龄组均有所差异(F值分别为11.27、212.89、19.92,均P<0.01);Ca、Mg含量与各年龄组及性别均无统计学差异(均P>0.01)。结论儿童微量元素缺乏的防治工作应引起广泛的重视,及时检测儿童微量元素指标,发现问题及早治疗,以保证儿童健康成长。Objective To investigate the levels of serum trace elements, so as to provide reference for prevention and health care work for children. Methods The levels of copper ( Cu), zinc ( Zn), calcium ( Ca), magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe) in venous blood of 2 945 children aged 2 - 6 years old were detected by multielement analyzer with whole blood and serum, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Trace elements in blood of children in Xi' an City were deficient in different degree, and the lack rate of Ca was highest (55.7%), followed by Fe and Zn (32.5%). There was significant difference in contents of Cu, Zn and Fe in different groups (F value was 11.27, 212.89 and 19.92, respectively, all P 〈 0.01 ), but no difference was found in Ca and Mg contents among groups and between different genders ( all P 〉 0.01 ). Conclusion The prevention and control work on trace elements deficiency in children should attract much attention. Trace elements should be detected in children on time for early discovery, diagnosis and treatment to ensure the healthy growth of them.
