县域金融供给与经济发展关系的实证研究

摘　　要：县域金融作为县域经济发展的重要支持者,理应在推动县域经济发展工业化、城镇化和多元化的背景下发挥更大的支持作用。然而,当前县域农业金融供给总量的相对短缺和供给体系的相对单一已对县域经济发展形成了一定制约。鉴于此,研究在利用柯布—道格拉斯函数对金融供给与金融发展关系进行理论分析的基础上,采用协整模型对县域农业金融供给与县域经济发展关系进行实证分析,得到农发行和当地农商行的金融供给对县域经济发展起到显著的促进作用,并有针对性地从信贷支持力度、农发行的定位、农商行改革、县域金融服务体系等方面提出政策建议,以期对县域农业经济金融协调发展有所裨益。County finance,as an important supporter of county economic development,is supposed to play a more important role in advancing the industrialization, urbanization and diversification of county economic development. However, the current county financial supply amount is relatively scare and the supply system is relatively single,which have blocked the county economic development to a certain degree. Given the cur- rent situation and combined with the theoretical analysis of the relation between financial supply and finan- cial development provided by Cobb-Douglas function, this paper makes an empirical study on the relations of county financial supply and economic development using cointegration model and comes to the conclusion that the financial supply from agricultural development banks and local rural commercial banks has a signif- icant influence on accelerating county economic development. This paper provides policy suggestions on credit support, position of Agricultural Development Bank, county financial service system, etc. hoping to be helpful for the coordinate development of county agriculture economic development.
