摘　　要：目的分析和探讨糖尿病肾病综合征行针对性护理干预的措施和临床效果。方法选择从2012年1月—2015年6月在该院进行治疗的糖尿病肾病综合征患者74例,分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组行常规护理,在此基础上观察组行针对性护理干预。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者的并发症少于对照组,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论针对性护理干预能提高糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果,降低糖尿病肾病患者的并发症发生的几率,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze and explore the measures and clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy syndrome. Methods Seventy-four cases with diabetic nephropathy syndrome were elected in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015, divided into observation group and control group（37 cases in each group）. The control group received routine nursing. the observation group were treated with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effects and complications were observed. Results The general effect rate was significantly higher in the control group,with P〈0.05. Complications were less than those in the contrast group, but with P〉0.05, it was statistically insignificant.Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can improve the clinical effects on patients with diabetes and can reduce the incidence of complications, and thus has a high application value.
