摘　　要：目的 :了解机关干部的家庭特征。方法 :采用家庭环境量表中文版对 2 35名广州某部机关干部进行调查。结果 :机关干部的亲密度、矛盾性、独立性、成功性、娱乐性、组织性较差 ,而文化性和控制性较好 ;机关工作年限在 11年及以上干部的亲密度、组织性等高于 10年及以下干部 ;领导干部的文化性好于一般干部。结论 :机关干部的家庭特征主要是娱乐性较差 。Objective:To study on the family character of the mechanism cadre from a certain unit.Method:235 subject mechanism cadre from a certain unit in Guangzhou were tested by Family Environment Scale Chinese Version(FES-CV).Result:These cadre scored lower than normal adults on many of the subscal:cohesion,contradiction orientation,independent orientation,achievement orientation,active recreational orientation,organization,but these cadre scored higher than normal adults on two of the subscal:intellectual cultural orientation and control.The cadre scored more than 11 years in mechanism work higher than under 10 years on cohesion or organization,intellectual cultural orientation of these leading cadre was different from ordinary codre.Conclusion:The main family character of the mechanism cadre was that active recreational orientation was bad and improvement of active recreational orientation was beneficial to the quality of life of the mechanism cadre.
