内蒙古农村高血压与脑卒中患病率调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古农村≥35岁人群高血压与脑卒中患病率的情况及两者的关系。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取内蒙古准格尔旗常住居民进行统一体格检查、问卷调查和实验室检查,收集资料并进行统计学分析。结果 （1）本次流行病学调查有关该项研究的入选人数为72 350人,应答率为88.7%,其中血压正常人群52 085人,高血压病20 265人,高血压患病率为28.01%;其中非卒中69 762人,卒中2 588人,卒中患病率为3.58%。（2）高血压、脑卒中患病率均随着年龄的增加而逐步升高（P〈0.01）,经多因素分析调整后,高血压对脑卒中的OR为2.386（2.211-2.576）,对脑梗死OR值为2.327（2.130-2.541）,对脑出血OR值2.437（2.405-2.469）。（3）脑梗死、脑出血患病率均有随年龄增长而上升。结论内蒙古准格尔旗为高血压、脑卒中高发区,应采取全面的高血压防治措施,以减少脑卒中的患病率。Objective To study the correlation between hypertension and stroke of≥35 year olds in Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolia. Methods Use cluster random sampling method to extract Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolia ordinarily resident in a unified physical examination, questionnaires and laboratory tests, collect data and statistical analysis. Results 1 Number selected for the study of the epidemiological survey of 72 350 people, response rate of 88.7%, 52 085 of whom have normal blood pressure and 20 265 of whom suffer from hypertension. Hypertension prevalence was 28.01%. 69 762 of the people have no stroke and 2 588 of whom suffer from stroke. Stroke prevalence was 3.58%. 2 The prevalence of hypertension and stroke increased with advanced age（P 〈0.01）. By multivariate Logistic regression, the odds ratio（OR） of hypertension for stroke, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were 2.386（2.211-2.576）, 2.327（2.130-2.541） and 2.437（2.405-2.469）, respectively. 3 Cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage prevalence rates increased with age. Conclusion Hypertension and stroke were highly prevalent in Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolia. We should take comprehensive preventing and controlling measures to decrease the prevalence rate of stroke in rural of Inner Mongolia.
