摘　　要：近年来,随着我国网络技术和计算机技术的不断发展,信息化技术在我国的应用越来越广泛,并渗入到各个行业和领域。由于大学生的心理健康教育越来越受到高校的关注,信息化技术也逐渐在心理健康教育中的应用起来,并成为了提高其教学效率的有效途径之一。本文重点探讨了信息化时代大学生心理健康教育的创新途径,以期促进大学生心理健康教育的发展。Recent years,with the continuous development of network technology and computer technology,the application of information technology in our country is becoming more and more extensive,and has permeated into various industries and fields. Due to concerns about the mental health education among college students is more and more by the colleges and universities. Information technology gradually applies in mental health education,and become to improve the teaching efficiency. This paper mainly discusses the innovative ways of college students psychological health education in the information age to promote the development of college Students＇ mental health education.
