摘　　要：本文在批判地继承费尔巴哈旧唯物主义思想的基础上,阐述了马克思主义实践观点,并把实践观点引入到社会历史领域之中,对当今我国社会发展具有现实指导意义。马克思在批判和继承中不断创新,包含着新世界观的天才萌芽,为建立完备的彻底的唯物主义世界观奠定了牢固的基础。从认识论角度出发,马克思首次提出来了正确地了解实践及其意义,这是区分新旧唯物主义的本质内容,具有重要的立法论意义。This article critically inherits feuerbach materialism thought on the basis of the old,elaborates the Marxism paractice view,and introduces the practice view in the field of social history,which has practical guiding significance of the current our country social development. Marx in the criticism and inheritance of continuous innovation,with new worldview budding genius,in order to establish complete thorough materialist worldview laid a solid foundation. For the first time from the perspective of epistemology. Marx puts forward the understanding of the practice and meaning. This is the essential content of the distinction between new and old materialism. Legislation has important theory significance.
