摘　　要：学术主体享有的学术权力与承担的学术责任对等,是实现学术研究体系良性运行和发展的重要保证。我国学术圈腐败现象的滋生蔓延,究其根本原因,就在于现行学术制度安排中存在的学术权力与学术责任的不对等。切实加强学术责任追究制度建设,通过强化落实责任追究制度来实现学术权力、责任的平衡对等,是有效消除学术腐败、实现学术研究体系良性运行和发展的有效路径。The academic subject has equal academic power and academic responsibility.Academic research system is to realize the benign operation and development of important guarantee.The cause of the academic corruption in our country is the ine-quality of the academic power and the responsibility.It is effective to eliminate the academic corruption by strengthening the implementation of the accountability system to realize the balance of academic power,responsibility,equality and realize the benign operation and development of academic research system.
