摘  要:为了研究相变微胶囊复合织物内部环境的耐低温性能,自制了一种低成本相变微胶囊,将其涂覆于平纹、斜纹、纬平针三种类型织物,并对不同类型织物内环境的耐低温性能进行测试和评价。采用原位聚合法,以尿素-密胺树脂为壁材,正十八烷为芯材制备相变微胶囊,同时对其热性能进行分析。将相变微胶囊发泡涂覆至平纹、斜纹、纬平针三种织物表面,并对复合织物进行了多组性能测试。实验结果显示,相变微胶囊的表面光滑,呈圆球形,重均粒径约为20.6μm。包覆率达到89%,相变热焓达到了200.5J/g。整理后三种织物的热阻性能分别提高了31%,25%,29%。耐低温性能研究结果表明:平纹组织的耐低温效果最佳,其低温抵抗时间约为6min。复合织物的透气性能略有降低,经、纬向断裂强力分别增加了17%和11%。In order to study low temperature resistance of the finished fabrics by phase change micro- capsules, low-cost microcapsules was prepared. Phase change microcapsules were finished by plain, twill, plain knit fabrics and low temperature resistance of the finished fabric were tested and evalua- ted. Microcapsules containing n-octadecane (MicroC18) with various compositions of urea and mela- mine-formaldehyde (MUF) copolymer as shells were fabricated through in-situ polymerization and thermal performance of microcapsules was analyzed. The microcapsules were coated to plain, twill, plain knit fabrics' surface in intumescent coating, and the finished fabrics' multiple sets of perform- ance were tested. The results show that the surface of phase change microcapsules is smooth, round, and particle size is about 20.6μm. Encapsulation efficiency of n-octadecane is 89X and latent heat rea- ches about 200.5J/g. Thermal resistance performances of three kinds of finished fabrics increase by 31%, 25% and 29%, respectively. The low temperature resistance of the plain weave fabric is the best and resistance time of low temperature is about 6min. However, the air permeability slightly re- duces with respect to the microcapsules. Warp and weft breaking strength increase by 17% and 11% respectively.
