摘　　要：目的：探讨深部咽旁间隙感染患者常见问题的护理对策。方法将循证护理应用于深部咽旁间隙感染患者，解决患者急性疼痛、持续性高热、不同感染途径的护理对策实践过程。结果52例患者住院期间疼痛、高热得到及时有效控制，无出血、颅内感染、纵膈炎并发症发生。结论循证护理可以提高护理质量，减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the strategies for common problems of patients with deep parapharyngeal space infection.Methods Evidence-based nursing was used for patients with deep parapharyngeal space infection to solve the problems such as acute pain, persistent high fever and different infection pathways.Results Symptoms of pain and high fever for 55 patients were properly controlled on time.There was no complications such as bleeding, the infection of the brain or mediastinum.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing could improve the quality of care and lower the incidence of complications.
