内观认知疗法在改善 IVF－ET患者社会支持度中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨内观认知疗法在改善体外受精－胚胎移植（ IVF－ET）患者社会支持度临床应用中的适用性及效果，为辅助生殖护士开展心理护理提供新的方法及科学依据。方法选取2014年1月～9月初次行IVF－ET的64例患者在进入周期使用促排卵药物起采用社会支持评定量表（ SSQ）行3个维度10个项目分别进行社会支持评估及内观认知，并对内观认知后效果进行评价。结果客观支持及主观支持两个维度得分及总得分均明显高于内观认知前，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论内观认知疗法在改善IVF－ET患者社会支持度上具有显著疗效，值得临床推广使用；辅助生殖科护士在护理过程中应重视对IVF－ET患者社会支持系统的评估及建设。Objective To explore the applicability and effect of clinical application of naikan cognitive therapy on improving the social support among patients undergoing In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer （ IVF-ET） and of-fer a new method with scientific basis for assisted reproductive nurses to carry out psychological nursing.Methods From January to September of 2014, 64 patients undergoing their first IVF-ET were given social support assessment and nai-kan cognitive respectively by the social support rating scale （ SSRS） from three dimensions and ten items when they star-ted using the ovarian stimulation drugs into the cycle, then evaluated the effect after the naikan cognitive.Results The scores and total scores of two dimensions from objective and subjective support were significantly higher than the ones be-fore naikan cognitive （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Naikan cognitivetherapy has its significant effect on improving the so-cial support among patients undergoing IVF-ET and is worth widely used in the clinical.The assisted reproductive nurses should place emphasis on the assessment and construction of the social support system among patients undergoing IVF-ET during the nursing procedure.
