基于Delphi法糖尿病前期自我管理量表的研制

摘　　要：目的应用Delphi法进行糖尿病前期自我管理量表的研制,为糖尿病前期人群自我管理能力的评估提供可靠工具。方法在社会认知理论、自我管理理论的基础上,以《糖尿病前期诊治共识》、《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》以及各国糖尿病预防计划中推荐的干预措施为指导,通过文献回顾、小组讨论等方法形成糖尿病前期自我管理量表初稿,并应用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询,邀请21名相关领域专家进行量表的指标筛选和评价,最终确定量表的各级指标。结果 2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为86%和100%,专家意见提出率为50%和44%;2轮专家权威系数分别为0.875和0.871,维度和条目的 Kendall’s W逐轮上升。经过2轮专家咨询,最终形成包含9个维度、32个条目的糖尿病前期自我管理量表。结论本研究应用Delphi法研制的糖尿病前期自我管理量表具有较高的可靠性,可为临床医务人员进行护理干预提供科学可靠的测评工具,也为进一步的研究奠定基础。Objective To develop a self-management scale for prediabetes by Delphi method and to provide an effective assessment tool for self-management of prediabetes. Methods Based on the Social Cognition Theory and Self-Management Theory, the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pre-diabetes Consensus, Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide and recommended interventions in diabetes prevention programe, literature review and group discussion, the draft of self-management scale for prediabetes was developed. After the two-round Delphi method was conducted by 21 experts in related areas for item selection and assessment, the final scale was established. Results Two rounds of the effective return rate were 86% and 100% respectively and the rate of experts＇ suggestion were 50% and 44% respectively. The authority coefficient（C0 were 0.875 and 0.871 respectively and Kendall＇s W in dimensions and items increased in the second round of consultation. After two rounds of expert consultation, the self-management scale for prediabetes was established with 9 dimensions and 32 items. Conclusion The self-management scale for prediabetes developed by Delphi method is reliable for assessing self-management ability of prediabetes and set a foundation for further study.
