白血病患儿父母心理韧性与应对方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析白血病患儿父母心理韧性与应对方式的相关性。方法采用Connor-Davidson韧性量表与简易应对方式量表调查108位白血病患儿父母,分析白血病患儿父母的应对方式得分、心理韧性得分以及二者的相关性。结果白血病患儿父母心理韧性得分为(59.37±11.47)分,积极应对与心理韧性坚韧维度、自强维度、总分呈显著正相关(P<0.05),消极应对与心理韧性坚韧维度、乐观维度呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论白血病患儿父母心理韧性与应对方式存在相关性,护士应向患儿父母提供有效的心理支持,关注白血病患儿父母的心理状况,鼓励其采用应对积极应对方式,提高其心理韧性水平。Objective To ana- lyze the correlation of psychological resilience and copying style in the parents of children with leukemia. Methods 108 parents of children with leukemia were surveyed with the Connor - Davison Resilience Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Analyze the scores andhe correlation of psychological resilience and copying style. Results The psychological resilience score was （59.37 ±11.47 ）. Positive coping was significantly positively related with toughness dimension, self - renewal dimension and the total score of psychological resilience （P 〈 0.05）. Negative coping had significant negative correlation with toughness dimension, optimism dimension （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The psychological resilience had correlation with copying style in the parents of children with Leukemia. Nurses should offer effective psychological support, pay more attention to the psychologic status of the parents of children with leukemia, encourage them to take positive coping styles and improve the psychological resilience level.
