摘  要:以VOCs的源头控制作为出发点,着重介绍高固体含量涂料在汽车涂装车间3C2B工艺中的应用,并与普通中低固体含量涂料就材料差异、外观差异、性能差异及施工参数进行对比。结果表明采用高固体含量涂料,涂装线改造少,参数调整小,生产线设备、工艺布局等与中低固体含量溶剂型涂料工艺几乎没有差异。From the source control of VOCs, the application of high solid content coatings on 3C2B automotive coating workshop was emphatically introduced and compared with ordinary low-medium coating in terms of material difference, appearance difference, property difference and construction parameters. The results showed that the transfomation of coating line and paremeters were tiny by using coating with high solid content. Last but not least, equipment of production line and process arrangement by using high solid content coating were similar as those by using low-medium solid content coating.
