摘  要:通过浸没沉淀相转化法,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)掺杂单宁酸(TA)改性的凹凸棒土(ATP)制备PVDF/TA-ATP杂化平板分离膜。利用热力学相图、无损超声波检测技术、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪以及纯水通量等对不同添加量与相对分子质量的致孔剂聚乙二醇(PEG)对杂化膜成膜过程以及膜结构与性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随着PEG相对分子质量的增大,PVDF/TA-ATP/PEG体系耐非溶剂能力减弱,成膜速度减缓,膜孔尺寸变大,数量变多,纯水通量增加;随着PEG添加量的增大,PVDF/TA-ATP/PEG体系耐非溶剂能力减弱,成膜速度加快,膜孔由海绵层向指状孔渐变,纯水通量增加。In this work, PVDF/TA-ATP flat sheet hybrid membrane was prepared by the method of phase inversion with blending of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and attapulgite (AT) modified by tannic acid (TA). The effects of the molecular weight and added ratio of polyethylene glycol (PEG) as pore forming agent of the membrane on the membrane-forming progress, and the structure and properties of the hybrid membrane were studied by thermodynamic phase diagram, nondestructive ultrasonic testing techniques, scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and measurement of pure water flux, etc. The results show that with the increase in molecular weight of PEG, the non-solvent resistance ability of the PVDF/TA-ATP/PEG system becomes weaken, the membrane-forming speed decreases, and the membrane pore size, number of multivariable, pure water flux are increased. With the increase in added ratio of PEG, the non-solvent resistance ability of the PVDF/TA- ATP/PEG system is weaken, the membrane-forming speed increases, the pore structure changes from finger-like pores with density skin to sponge-like pores without skin, the pure water flux is increased also.
