摘 要:为获得能一次涂装形成多涂层的可高温固化自分层低表面能涂料,采用乳液聚合制备出粒径较小、分布均匀的羟基丙烯酸酯乳液和含氟羟基丙烯酸酯乳液,将其复配成可自分层的复合乳液。采用接触角测试法、X射线光电子能谱和扫描电镜-能谱分析仪详细研究了复合乳液自分层形成的梯度结构及分层机理;考察了乳液配比、静置时间和温度对膜自分层及疏水性能等的影响。研究结果表明,当含氟羟基丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液占60%,室温静置分层时间为3h,起始温度为80℃时,在140℃高温固化后得到的涂膜既有与纯含氟羟基丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜相当的疏水性,又兼具纯羟基丙烯酸酯乳液的优异附着力。In order to obtain self-stratifying coatings with low surface energy by one coat, which can form multilayer films and be cured at high temperature, the coatings with smaller and even-distributed particle size were prepared by mixing fluorine-containing acrylate and pure acrylate copolymer emulsion with reactive functional groups and by anionic emulsion polymerization. The influence of the content of fluorinated polyacrylate latexes, self- stratifying time, and initial curing temperature on hydrophobicity of the self-stratifying gradient films was investigated. The gradient structures of the self-stratifying films were in detail studied by static contact angle measurement, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDS). The results show that when the fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsion accounts 60 % in self- stratifying coatings, the stratification time is 3 h at room temperature, and initial curing temperature is 80 ℃, the films after curing not only have equivalent hydrophobic properties of fluorinated acrylate copolymer films, but also represent excellent adhesion of pure acrylate with reactive functional groups.
