摘　　要：硫储罐运行过程中存在较大的安全隐患。为保证上游联合装置的稳定和连续生产,普光天然气厂先后采取了罐顶氮封、安装罐顶空气导流装置、升级安全控保系统、加强罐顶消防蒸汽阀维护保养、消防蒸汽管线定期排凝等多项技术措施,提高了储罐安全性能,取得了较好的现场应用效果。There are 10 liquid sulfur storage tanks in Puguang Natural(ias Purification Plant,and the largest single tank capacity is 5 000 m^3.The total liquid sulfur storage capacity is50 000 m^3.ranking the first in Asia.Usually,liquid sulfur is directly transported from the sulfur recovery unit to the liquid sulfur lank farm and then sent to the sulfur forming unit for solidification molding via the liquid sulfur pump.In order to improve the stable and continuous operation of the upstream units.Puguang Gas Purification plant took many technical measures including nitrogen seal,the installation of air flow guide device,the upgrading of safety control and protection system,strengthening the maintenance of fire steam valve,and the regular condensate draining of fire steam pipelines to improve the safety performance of sulfur storage tank.Good application results have been achieved.
