补肾通络方治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察从补肾、通络立法所拟方剂补肾通络方治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床效果。方法将60例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为2组,对照组予沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松(50μg/250μg)早晚各1吸,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予补肾通络方口服1剂/d,2组疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前及治疗后1年内2组哮喘急性发作次数,治疗前、治疗结束后及治疗结束6个月后2组哮喘控制测试表(ACT)的得分情况,测定2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)的变化及血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。结果治疗组治疗后1年内哮喘急性发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束后及治疗结束6个月后ACT得分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),血清ECP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾通络方可有效减少哮喘患者急性发作次数,改善肺功能及气道炎症,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical effects of reinforcing kidney and smooth collaterals decoction on remis -sion stage of bronchial asthma .Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group and treatment group .Patients in control group were received the Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder （50/250） twice a day, while patients in treatment group were received reinforcing kidney and smooth collaterals decoction ,both the treatment course were 3 months.Before and after treatment , the number of acute bout of asthma in one year ,ACT values of two groups were observed;the lung function and the levels of ECP in serum were measured respectively .Results Compared with control group, the number of acute bout of asthma in one year in treatment group were lower （P〈0.05）.ACT value, the lev-els of FVC, FEV1 and PEF in treatment group were higher （P〈0.05）,while the levels of ECP in serum were lower （P〈0. 05 ） after treatment .Conclusion Reinforcing kidney and smooth collaterals decoction could reduce the number of acute bout of asthma,it could relieve the lung function and airway inflammation .This method was worth generalizing and applying .
