摘　　要：近年来，随着农业信息化的飞速发展，互联网技术已成我国现代农业发展的新途径，并在农业成果转化与科技创新中发挥着重要作用。如何发挥移动互联网技术在农业科研单位政务创新中的作用，对各级农业科研单位提出了更高的要求。文章结合我国移动互联网的发展现状，着重探讨了移动互联网技术对农业科研单位政务发展所产生的影响及挑战。In recent years, with the rapid development of agricultural informationization, Internet technology has become the new way of the development of modern agriculture in our country, and plays an important role in the agricultural achievements transformation and innovation of science and technology. It has put forward higher requirements for agricultural research units at al levels to make ful use of the mobile internet technology in the innovation of administrative affairs. According to exploiting the current situation of China＇s mobile internet, this paper has discussed the influence and chalenge of the mobile internet technology to the administrative affairs of agricultural research institutes.
