摘　　要：心脏利钠肽是一类由心脏分泌的肽类激素,利钠肽家族中心房利钠肽和脑钠肽研究得最为透彻。以往的研究已证实心脏利钠肽可以作用于肾和心脏本身,分别产生利尿、利钠和保护心脏的效应。近年研究发现,除了能影响心血管功能外,心脏利钠肽还是机体重要的代谢调节因子,可以调节体内糖脂代谢,在肥胖和糖尿病的发生、发展中起重要作用。Cardiac uatriuretic peptides are a family of hormones secreted by heart, and most of the researches are focused on atrial natriuretic peptide and brain-type natriuretic peptide. It has been proved that natriuretic peptides can target kidney and heart itself, exerting natriuretic and cardioprotective effect respectively. Evidence is accumulating from recent work that these hormones, as regulatory factors, can also modulate glycolipid metabolism and play an important role in the occurrence and development of metabolic disorders, especially obesity and diabetes mellitus.
