摘　　要：抑肽酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,能与人体的多种蛋白酶结合形成酶-抑制剂复合物,从而抑制蛋白酶的活性。抑肽酶的减轻炎症反应、保护心肺功能、减少出血、预防缺血和再灌注损伤、抗纤溶、保护血小板等功能及稳定血流动力学等作用在肝脏疾病的外科治疗中可起到巨大作用。但作为异种蛋白的抑肽酶进入人体后有时也会引起机体的变态反应,产生严重后果,需要引起注意。Aprotinin,a serine ptotease inhibitor, can be combined with a variety of human proteases, forming the complex of the enzyme-inhibitor, thereby inhibits the protease activity. Aprotinin can reduce inflammation, protect the heart and lung function, reduce bleeding, prevent ischemia and reperfusion injury, inhibit fibrinolysis, protect the function of platelet, hemodynamic stability and so on. Aprotinin can play a significant role in the surgical treatment of liver diseases. But as a foreign protein, aprotinin sometimes cause allergic reactions when injected into bodies ,where due attention should be paid.
