摘　　要：“四个全面”和社会主义核心价值观是历史生成的，“四个全面”始于“一个全面”，“社会主义核心价值观”从“社会主义核心价值体系”凝练而来。“四个全面”是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要战略布局，作为目的，社会主义核心价值观是“四个全面”建设的重要内容；作为手段，社会主义核心价值观又成为“四个全面”建设的精神动力和衡量标准。推进“四个全面”必须充分发挥好社会主义核心价值观的引领作用。＂Four Comprehensives＂ and socialist core values are generated in history, and ＂Four Comprehensives＂ begins with ＂a comprehensive＂, and ＂socialist core values＂ is from the ＂socialist core value system＂. ＂Four comprehensives＂ is the important strategic blueprint to the great renewal of the Chinese nation. As its purpose, the socialist core values are an important part of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂ building. As its means, socialist core values has become the spiritual power and measure of ＂Four Comprehensives＂ Construction. Promoting the ＂Four Comprehensives ＂ needs giving full play to the leading role of socialist core values.
