摘  要:建国以来,为保障妇女就业权益,我国出台了系列政策,并采取多种措施推进政策落实。欧盟为了更好地推动经济一体化进程,在成员国之间创造更加公平的经济竞争环境,出台了一系列性别平等就业政策。中国与欧盟的性别平等就业制度有相似之处,也存在差异,科学借鉴欧盟就业政策和制度,有利于推动我国男女平等就业的进程。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, China has promulgated a series of policies and taken the measures to protect the women's interests of employment. The European Union has made a series of gender equality employment policies, in order to better promote the economic integration process and create a more fair economic competition environment among its member states. China and the European Union have similarities and differences in gender equality employment system. Learning from the European Union's employment policy and system in a scientific way is beneficial to promoting the process of equality employment between men and women in China.
