摘　　要：若满足互联网金融产业生态化超网络均衡条件,则创新主体间实现共生化发展;相反,创新主体将在超网络机制下进行行为再优化并逐渐逼近均衡状态。建议强化互联网金融企业之间的深度合作,提升互联网金融产业价值创造效率;积极构建超网络共享与联动机制,推动互联网金融产业生态化发展;充分发挥政府"有形之手"的引导作用,为互联网金融产业营造良好的成长环境。If super network equilibrium condition of ecological development of the intemet finance industry is satisfied, to achieve the the innovative subjects will achieve common biochemical development ; On the contrary, if not equilib the equilibrium. The strengthen the depth rium, innovative subjects will re-optimize under super network mechanism and approach paper puts forward some suggestions based on the above conclusions, that is we must of cooperation between internet finance enterprises, and promote efficiency of creating value for internet finance industry; actively build sharing and linkage mechanism of super network, and promote ecological development of the internet financial industry ; fully play the governmental role of guiding function of ＂visible hand＂, and create a good growth environment for the internet finance industry.
