绵羊ANGPTL4蛋白在脂肪组织中的表达研究

摘　　要：血管生成素样蛋白4(ANGPTL4)是一种与脂肪代谢相关的分泌性蛋白。本研究利用Western blotting技术检测了两个不同品种的脂尾型绵羊,即广灵大尾羊和小尾寒羊的2、4、6、8、10和12月龄时的母羊(每年龄段2只),共24个个体的皮下、腹膜后、肾周和尾部脂肪组织的ANGPTL4蛋白的表达量。结果表明:品种、月龄和组织对ANGPTL4蛋白的表达都有极显著(P<0.001)影响。品种与月龄的互作对该蛋白表达也有显著(P<0.01)影响。本研究结果为进一步探讨ANGPTL4蛋白在绵羊脂肪组织中的作用机制提供了理论依据。Angiopoietin-like protein 4（ANGPTL4）is a kind of secretory protein related to fat metabolism.（Objective）To detect the expression of ANGPTL4 protein in different adipose tissues of two breeds with distinct fat tail,adipose tissue samples from subcutaneous,retroperitoneal,perirenal and tail fats were collected from twenty-four females in six age groups and from two breeds,i.e.Guangling Large Tailed（GLT）and Small Tailed Han sheep（STH）were detected by Western blotting in this study.The results showed that breed,month of age and adipose tissues influence ANGPTL4 protein expression significantly（P〈0.001）.Significant interaction（P〈0.01）between breed and month of age was also obtained.These results provide theoretical bases for mechanism of ANGPTL4 protein in ovine adipose tissues.
