摘  要:采用星点设计—效应面法,在单因素分析的基础上,考察溶剂浓度、溶剂倍数及提取时间3个因素对葛根中总黄酮提取率的影响,优化得到优化提取工艺为乙醇浓度69.3%、溶剂倍数8.55倍、回流时间135.6min、提取2次,黄酮提取率达50.39%.This paper investigates the optimal extraction process of effective constituents from Puer- ariae lobata by central composite design/response surface methodology. According to the single - factor experiments, three independent variables (ethanol concentration, reflux time and the volume ratio of ma- terial to solvent ) are selected, and dependent variable is extraction rate of flavonoids.By response sur- face analysis, the optimum conditions of extraction process are 69.3% ethanol, 135.6min for reflux, 8. 55 fold solvent and 2 times for extraction, under which the highest yield of flavonoids reaches 50.39%.
