浙江地方政府网络舆情现状及其导控策略研究

摘　　要：通过对浙江省2008-2014年114个网络舆情热点事件及其增长趋势、主题、地域和传播媒介的调查,发现地方政府应对网络舆情时存在忽视社会现实问题、处置过程不科学、缺乏早期监测预警机制等问题,并提出了重视民意、完善舆情应急管理体制、构建实时监测预警响应机制等建议.Through the investigation and analysis of the growth trend, theme, region and media for the 114 network public opinion hot events in Zhejiang Province from 2008 to 2014, we find that there ex- ist such problems as ignoring the reality of the society, unscientific treatment process, lack of detecting and early warning mechanism, etc. in dealing with net public opinions, and then give some suggestions that the government should attach importance to public opinions, improve the emergency management system, and build real- time detecting and early warning response mechanism.
