摘  要:切割槽爆破是采场回采前的最后一道工序,也是关键工序,由于施工条件复杂,一直是矿山开采的难点之一。综合分析国内外矿山现状,根据有无切割天井对切割槽形成技术分为有切井拉槽和无切井拉槽两大类,结合矿山生产实际,对相应的工艺进行了详细的分析研究,对矿山切割形成技术具有积极的指导作用。装备的发展和工艺的创新是切割槽形成技术的发展方向,移动式升降平台、天井钻机掘进天井和多凿岩中心的工艺可在类似矿山推广应用。Cutting groove blasting is the last step before mining, and it's also the key process. Due to complicated construction conditions, it has always been a stumbling block for mining. According to the comprehensive analysis of mining situation at home and abroad, cutting groove forming technology can be divided into two types, with and without incise courtyard. Combined with the actual production of the mine, it makes a detailed analysis of the corresponding technology and has played a positive role in guiding mining cutting. The improvement of equip- ment and technological innovation has become the development direction for cutting groove forming technology. Thus, the technology of mobile lifting platform, raise boring machine drilling patio, and multi-drilling center can be popularized in similar mines.
