摘 要:针对强震区高堆尾矿坝建设的特点,在总结分析国内尾矿坝抗震经验的基础上,提出了一套以废石中线法为主、多种加固措施为辅的筑坝思路。从渗流、稳定等方面,对拟建于云南某沟谷内的高堆尾矿坝的抗震能力进行了研究和分析。研究结果表明,废石中线法具有浸润线低、稳定性好、不易液化等特点,9级地震设防条件下坝体最小安全系数为1.096,能够满足相关规范要求。该成果对于今后地震区特别是强震区高尾矿坝的设计、建造以及抗震加固等具有指导意义。Based on the analyzing of aseismic experience of tailings dam in China, the damming method composed of centerline embankment by using waste rock and various strengthening measures is proposed considering the characteristics of high tailings dam located in the strong earthquake area. The aseismic capability is studied and evaluated by focusing the emphasis on the seepage and stability of high tailings dam in Yunnan Province. The study shows that centerline embankment by using waste rock has the following characteristic: low seepage line, well stability, difficult liquefaction and so on. The minimum safety factor is 1. 096 under earthquake with M= 9.0, which can meet the need of specification. The results can be applied to guide the designing, construction and seismic strengthening of high tailings dam located in the strong earthquake area.
