摘 要:考察了四种表面活性剂在菱锰矿浮选中对改性脂肪酸类捕收剂Dd-21的增效作用。结果表明,表面活性剂的添加,可以提高捕收剂对菱锰矿的选择性。当添加表面活性剂为吐温-80时,回收率从49.10%提高到84.17%。通过液体表面张力测试、粒度分析、动电位测试及红外光谱分析方法揭示了表面活性剂的增效机理。该机理表现为增效剂物理吸附于矿物表面,有效促进了捕收剂的化学吸附作用,且增效剂的加入会与捕收剂在菱锰矿表面产生共吸附。We have investigated the synergistic effect of four different types of surfactants on the modified fatty acid collector Dd-21 considering the flotation of rhodochrosite. The results showed that the selectivity of the collector for rhodochrosite was improved by adding surfactant, and the mineral recovery was enhanced from 49. 10% to 84. 17% as the surfactant was Tween-80. Moreover, the enhancement mechanism of synergist has been studied by different methods including the surface tension test, particle size analysis, zeta potential test and FTIR spectroscopy, which indicates the adsorption of synergist on mineral surface promotes the chemical adsorption of collector, and the co-adsorption between collector and synergist will take place on the surface of rhodochrosite.
