摘 要:物流产业集群开展供应链金融业务创新,不仅能够提高集群中企业的盈利能力,而且对缓解中小企业融资难问题也具有重要意义。文章构建了物流产业集群开展供应链金融业务创新的博弈模型,对集群中不同类型企业的创新策略选择进行了分析。模型博弈结果显示,随着业务创新投资成本的下降、业务创新收益的增加与跟随策略收益的下降,都会引起集群企业选择"创新"策略的可能性上升,反之可能性下降。在此基础上,文章结合我国物流企业的业务实践,对产业集群中不同类型企业的策略选择给出了具体建议:由于资源和能力禀赋的不同,集群中的大型物流企业应主动进行业务创新;小型物流企业应选择细分领域进行创新;信息技术的应用降低了业务创新风险和创新投资成本,为小型企业主动进行业务创新带来了机遇。Logistics industry cluster's conduction of supply chain financial innovation not only can promote the profit of cluster enterprises, but also can help to resolve the financing problems faced by the small business. This paper proposes a game model of supply chain financial innovation conducted by logistics industry cluster, and analyzes the innovation strategy choice made by different types of enterprises. Results indicate that cluster enterprises are more likely to adopt innovation strategy along with the decrease of innovation investment cost, the increase of innovation benefits and the decrease of following strategy gains. Furthermore, this paper offers some suggestions for different types of enterprises on how to make strategy choices : the large logistic enterprises should conduct business innovation proactively due to sufficient resources and endowment; the small logistic enterprises should focus on the inch market to conduct innovation; the wide application of information technology lowers the risk and cost of business innovation, which can facilitate the business innovation by small logistic enterprises.
