摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症在临床上治疗方法众多,包括保守疗法、微创疗法、常规手术疗法、融合固定与非融合固定疗法等,但在临床治疗中往往轻视保守疗法和(或)微创疗法,而偏重于手术疗法。基于此,本文以阶梯疗法这一治疗理念为指导,探讨其在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的意义与优势,以彰显其学术指导意义与临床应用价值。There are many methods in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc prolapse,includ- ing conservative therapy,minimally invasive treatment and conventional surgical therapy, fusion is fixed with the fixed therapy,etc. But often despised in the clinical treatment of conservative therapy and minimally invasive treatment（or）,and focus on surgical therapy. Based on this, this article with ladder treatment this concept as a guide, to discuss the significance and advantages of the treatment on lumbar intervertehral disc protrusion, to reveal its academic significance and clinical application value.
