产业结构升级视角下的用工短缺研究——以江苏为例

摘　　要："用工短缺"问题的背后,不仅折射出我国劳动力市场供求之间的矛盾和不协调,更折射出我国产业结构升级任务的迫切和艰巨。文章从产业结构升级的视角出发,对江苏产业结构现状特点与用工短缺进行了分析,找出江苏产业升级与劳动力市场存在的主要问题,并提出相关的政策建议。The problem of ＂labor shortage＂ reflects not only the contradiction and tile uncoordinated situation between sup- ply and demand in the labor market, but also the urgent and arduous task of industrial structure upgrading in China. This paper, from the perspective of industrial structure upgrading, makes an analysis on the present situation and characteristics of industry structure and labor shortage in Jiangsu pro,Jince, finds out the main problems of industrial structure upgrading and labor market, and puts forward related policy recommendations.
