清咽袋泡剂治疗风热型小儿急性咽炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察清咽袋泡剂治疗小儿风热型急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 :85例风热型急性咽炎患者以SAS软件及信封随机法分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组42例给予清咽袋泡剂开水冲服,对照组43例给予蓝芩口服液口服。分别于治疗2 d和5 d后观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗2 d后,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗5 d后,总有效率治疗组92.86%,对照组74.42%,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后症状积分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗5 d后的积分优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清咽袋泡剂可有效改善风热型急性咽炎的症状,方便易服。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyan tea bag on lntantlle acute plaaryngltlS wltn wind-heat syndrome. Methods：Eighty-five patients with acute pharyngitis with wind-heat syndrome were ran- domly divided into control group and treatment group. The 42 patients in the treatment group were given Qingyan tea bag with boiled water and the other 43 patients in the control group were given Lanqin oral liquid. The clinical effect of the two groups were observed respectively 2 days and 5 days after the treat- ment. Results：Two days after the treatment,there were no significant difference between the curative effect of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Five days after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86% and the： control group was 74.72%. The treatment group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with those before treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.05） and the scores of the treatment group were bet- ter than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈O.05）. Conclusion ： Qingyan tea bag can effectively improve the symptoms of acute pharyngitis with wind--heat syndrome and it is conve- nient for taking.
