摘 要:为分析太阳能光伏光热一体化(PV/T)系统热效率、电效率和火用效率等性能的影响因素,设计并构建了PV/T实验系统,基于全天太阳能辐照度、环境温度、入口水温度等参数和与光伏(PV)对比子系统性能的比较,分析了冷却流体、入口水流量、太阳能电池覆盖率对PV/T系统性能的影响。结果表明:PV/T系统集热器平均电效率较PV对比子系统集热器提高了0.91%;入口水流量较小时,PV/T系统集热器热效率和电效率均较低,但其能够获得较高的出口水温度和火用效率;PV/T系统集热器热效率与太阳能电池覆盖率呈现负相关关系,PV/T系统集热器电效率与太阳能电池覆盖率呈现正相关关系。In order to study the thermal efficiency,electrical efficiency and primary-energy saving efficiency of the hybrid photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)solar system and their affecting factors,this paper built up an experimental system and analyzed the effects of cooling fluid,water flow speed and cover ratio of PV cells on the PV/T system performance,on the basis of comparison of such parameters as all day solar energy radiation,environmental temperature and entrance water temperature between the PV/T system and the PV system.The results show that the average electrical efficiency of this PV/T system was 0.91% higher than that of the PV system.With low water mass flow rate,both the thermal efficiency and electrical efficiency of the PV/T system were low,but the outlet temperature and exergy efficiency were high.Additionally,there was a significant negative correlation between the thermal efficiency and packing factor,but the electrical efficiency had a positive correlation with the packing factor.
