摘 要:菲涅尔式太阳能辅助燃煤发电系统(耦合系统)是以太阳能集热场收集的热量代替燃煤机组高压加热器抽汽,被代替的抽汽继续在汽轮机做功,可分为燃料减少型和功率增大型2种运行模式。对此,本文分别编写了2种运行模式的计算程序,计算了各自的热力性能和经济性能指标,并对各指标进行了分析。结果表明:燃料减少型耦合系统的机组煤耗率比原燃煤机组降低了15.04g/(kW·h);功率增大型耦合系统的输出功率相对于原燃煤机组增加了57.8 MW;耦合系统的太阳能光电转换效率远高于单纯光热发电系统;太阳能集热场的加入使得燃料减少型和功率增大型耦合系统的发电成本分别高于原燃煤机组17.54元/(MW·h)和16.86元/(MW·h)。The Fresnel solar energy aided coal-fired power system is the combination of solar energy and coal-fired power plant.The heat collected by Fresnel solar collector field is used to replace the first stage high pressure extraction from coal-fired power plant.The substituted extraction steam is returned to the turbine to do work.There are two kinds of operation modes,fuel-saving mode and power boosting mode.This paper calculated the thermal performance and economic performance of both the two operation modes,based on the simulation results of thermodynamic calculation program.The results show that,the coal consumption rate of the integrated system in fuel-saving mode is 15.04g/(kW·h)lower than that of the original coal-fired power plant,the output of the integrated system in power boosting mode is 57.8 MW higher than that of the coal-fired power plant.The solar electricity conversion efficiency in the integrated system is much higher than that in the solar thermal power generation system.Since the solar collector field is introduced into the coal-fired power plant,the electricity production cost of the integrated system in fuel-saving mode and power boosting mode is improved by 17.54yuan/(MW·h)and 16.86yuan/(MW·h),respectively.
