高脂饮食诱导的肥胖大鼠脂肪细胞改变及平肥2号方干预的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察平肥2号方对高脂饮食诱导的单纯性肥胖大鼠体质量、脂肪细胞、肝脏等的影响。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为低脂组和高脂组,低脂组以低脂饲料喂养,高脂组予高脂饲料喂养诱导肥胖模型。验证成模后的大鼠随机分为模型组、奥利司他组和平肥2号方组。低脂组和模型组予以蒸馏水灌胃,奥利司他和平肥2号方组分别予以奥利司他和平肥2号方灌胃。每日记录大鼠体质量,治疗4周后取材检测大鼠脂肪细胞、肝脏和血糖血脂情况。结果:平肥2号方和奥利司他组体质量增长明显低于模型组(P<0.05);且脂肪细胞直径变小,肝脏的脂变程度得到改善;血糖血脂水平各组无显著差异。结论:平肥2号方和奥利司他都有显著的减肥效用,但相比奥利司他组大鼠表现出来的副作用,平肥2号方具有明显的优势。Objective： To observe the effect of the Second Pingfei decoction on body weight,adipocyte and liver in diet- induced obesity（ DIO） rats. Methods： 50 SD rats were randomly divided into a low fat diet group（ LFD） and a high fat diet group（ HFD）. After the DIO models were established,the successful model rats were randomly divided into an HFD group,an Orlistat group（ OLST） and the Second Pingfei decoction group（ SPFD）. LFD and HFD groups were treated with distilled water by gavage. OLST and SPFD groups were treated with orlistat and the Second Pingfei decoction by gavage respectively. The body weights were recorded every day. After 4 weeks,all rats were sacrificed to detect the adipocyte,liver,blood glucose and blood lipid.Results： With decreased diameter of adipocyte,the weight gain of OLST and SPFD groups was significant lower than that of HFD group（ P〈0. 05） and the states of hepatic steatosis were improved. But there was no significant difference among all groups according to the blood glucose and blood lipid. Conclusion： Both the Second Pingfei decoction and Orlistat have the effect on weight loss. However,the Second Pingfei decoction may be a better way compared with the Orlistat.
