摘　　要：采用与电机相同材料制作包装验证框架,用不同的防锈材料包装,进行盐雾试验,验证电机包装方案中所使用的气相防锈膜、防锈油、防锈包和干燥剂等材料的防锈效果。采用不同厂家的防锈材料进行测试。试验结果表明防锈膜采用不同的封口形式以及采用不同的包装方式对防锈效果有影响。Test frame made of the same materials in generator and packed with different anti-corrosion materials are tested in salt spray chamber. The protection capability of volatile corrosion inhibitor （VCI） film, rust prevention oil, rust prevention sachet and desiccant is tested. Anti-corrosion materials from different supplier are tested. Test shows that the different sealing type of the VCI film and different package will influence the protection result.
