摘 要:利用STAR-CCM+软件建立Eulerian-Lagrangian模型,对水平管内低浓度液固两相流动时Kenics静态混合器的流动阻力进行了数值模拟,考察了雷诺数、Kenics静态混合器扭率、颗粒体积分数对Kenics静态混合器流动阻力的影响,并且通过对数据模拟结果进行多元线性回归得到Kenics静态混合器流动阻力摩擦系数关联式.结果表明:在同一雷诺数下,摩擦系数随Kenics静态混合器扭率的增大而增大,随体积分数的增大而增大.同时通过和文献中的实验、计算数据进行比较,证实了结果的可靠性.Flow resistance due to Kenics static mixer of liquid-solid two-phase flow for low concentration in horizontal pipe was numerically studied using the Eulerian-Lagrangian model in software STAR-CCM+. Influences of Reynolds number, twist rate of Kenics static mixer and particle volume fraction on the flow resistance of Kenics static mixer were investigated. Correlations about friction coefficient of flow resistance in Kenics static mixer were obtained by multiple linear regression. The results show that the friction coefficient increases with the rise of Kenics twist rate and particle volume fraction with the same Reynolds number. The reliability of simulation result was validated when compared with various experimental and computational data reported in the literature.
