摘　　要：结合已经成功开发的机组,对溴化丁基橡胶后处理生产线的工作原理、工艺流程进行介绍,对其关键设备挤压脱水机、膨胀干燥机、双螺杆膨胀干燥机的主要结构特点和设计要点进行了分析与论述。Based on the successfully developed unit, this paper introduces the principle and process of post treatment production line for brominated butyl rubber. The paper also analyzes and discusses main structure features and design elements of key equipments, such as extruding dewatering machine, expansion dryer, and twin screw expansion dryer.
