摘　　要：简要介绍一种新型中低压缠绕胶管成型机的结构原理及技术性能。该机突破传统,设计成载人移动式,操作者及胶管原材料随小车沿管芯纵向平行移动,并按设定螺距将胶布、胶片、钢丝等缠绕在管坯上,完成胶管的成型工序。为中低压胶管及吸引胶管的编缠化提供了实用可靠的生产设备。This paper introduces structure principle and technical performance of a new low-pressure spiral hose molding machine. It breaks with the tradition, and is designed to manned movable mode. The operator and hose raw materials move with the trolley parallel to the longitudinal direction of the die. Rubber sheets, films, wires and others are wrapped around the tube according the pitch setting to finish hose molding process. This practical and reliable production equipment is provided for wrapping low-pressure hose and attract hose.
