摘  要:以氧化镧(La2O3)和2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯(HEMAP)为原料,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂和硫化剂,通过原位动态硫化法制备了2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸镧(La PMA)阻燃补强聚丙烯/三元乙丙橡胶热塑性弹性体(PP/EPDM TPE)复合材料。研究了La2O3、HEMAP和DCP的用量对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,并探讨了La PMA对复合材料的阻燃机理。结果表明:当La2O3用量为5.13 phr,HEMAP用量为10.70 phr,DCP用量为1.20 phr时,材料的综合性能达到最佳。PP/EPDM/La PMA TPE复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度分别从PP/EPDM TPE的6.3 MPa、148%、44.3 k N/m提高到10.9 MPa、299%和68.0 k N/m;同时其最大热释放速率(p HRR)、总生烟量(TSP)和平均质量损失速率(av-MLR)分别下降了22.4%、12.9%和22.2%。Taking Lanthanum oxide (La2O3) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate (HEMAP) as raw materials, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as an initiator and a curing agent, we prepared a 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate lanthanum phosphate (LaPMA) flame retardant reinforced PP/ EPDM thermoplastic etastomer by in situ dynamic vulcanization. This paper studied the effect of La2O3, HEMAP and DCP content on the mechanical and flame retardant properties, and discussed the flame retardant mechanism of LaPMA to composite materials. The results showed that: when the amount of La2O3 was 5.13 phr, HEMAP amount was 10.70 phr, and DCP amount was 1.20 phr, the material achieved the best overall performance. Tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of PP/EPDM/LaPMA TPE composite material are increased from 6.3 MPa, 148% and 44.3 kN/m of PP/EPDM TPE to 10.9 MPa, 299% and 68.0 kN/m; While its maximum heat release rate (pHRR), the total smoke production (TSP) and the average mass loss rate (av-MLR) are decreased by 22.4%, 12.9% and 22.2%.
