摘　　要：装配式建筑改变了建筑业的传统生成方式,是今后建筑业的发展方向。上海市已实施的装配式建筑数量不多,工程监管经验明显不足。对装配式建筑的发展进行了阐述,分析了装配式建筑与传统建筑相比的优点以及制约其发展的难点,并对其在生成、运输、吊装及安装过程中的质量监管重点进行了分析,可为后续工程监管提供借鉴与参考。Assembly building has changed traditional production mode of construction business,also is the direction of the development in building construction. Supervision experience of assembly building is clearly insufficient in Shanghai because of few newly assembly building. In this paper,the development of the assembly building in China is studied at first. After the analysis of its the advantages and development constraints,several essential point of construction supervision was put forward,which could be adopted in assembly building projects in the future.
