摘　　要：虹桥商务区是上海"十二五"期间重点发展区域,在建房建工程具有体量大、施工难度大和工期紧等特点。结合住建部"两年行动",对虹桥商务区在建工程监管中发现的问题进行分析和总结,探索应对策略,为后续工程提供借鉴与参考。Hongqiao business district is the key area of Shanghai ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂. Housing construction projects in the core area of Hongqiao business district share the characteristics of large volume,construction difficulty and short construction period. Combined with the “Two Years Crackdown Action”,which started by Ministry of Construction,problems in the construction analyzed and summarized based on the site supervision experience. Several measures were put forward to solve the problem,which could be adopted in the follow-up projects and similar engineering projects.
