摘 要:目的研究萘乙酸对冬季迟缓期艾纳香生长和有效成分质量分数的影响。方法以一年生艾纳香种子苗为试验材料,在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期进行3次喷施萘乙酸。测定艾纳香的株高、地径、叶长和叶宽等生长指标以及生物量。采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定艾纳香不同部位中总黄酮的相对含量,并计算总黄酮的绝对含量。采用GC法测定艾纳香叶片中l-龙脑的相对含量,并计算其绝对含量。结果萘乙酸可以显著促进艾纳香生长,尤其是叶片干质量的积累,其中10 mg/L萘乙酸处理组的叶片干质量最高,为134.73 g,分别是1、100 mg/L萘乙酸和CK处理组的1.70、2.01和7.71倍。不同质量浓度的萘乙酸对艾纳香叶片中总黄酮和l-龙脑影响各不相同。1 mg/L萘乙酸和CK处理组的总黄酮相对含量最高,显著高于其他处理组,并且1 mg/L萘乙酸处理组的总黄酮绝对含量最高。CK处理组的l-龙脑相对含量最高,而10 mg/L萘乙酸处理组的艾纳香叶片中l-龙脑绝对含量最高。结论在冬季艾纳香生长迟缓期施加萘乙酸可以显著促进艾纳香生长和叶片干质量的增加,提高总黄酮和l-龙脑的绝对含量。Objective To investigate the effect of naphthylacetic acid on growth and contents of effective constituents in Blumea balsamifera( L.) DC. in slow growth period of winter. Methods The one-year-old seedlings of B. balsamifera were treated with naphthylacetic acid in slow growth period of winter for three times. The height,ground diameter,length of leaf,width of leaf and biomasses were measured. Then,the relative contents of total flavones in different parts were determined by UV and the absolute contents of total flavones were calculated. The relative contents of l-bornel in leaves were determined by GC and the absolute contents of l-bornel were calculated. Results Naphthylacetic acid significantly promoted the growth of B.balsamifera,especially increased leaf biomass. The leaf biomass under 10 mg / L naphthylacetic acid treatment was the highest with 134.73 g,which was 1.70,2.01 and 7.71 times than that under 1,100 mg / L naphthylacetic acid and CK treatments. The different concentrations of naphthylacetic acid showed various effects on total flavones and l-borneol accumulations. The relative contents of total flavones were the highest under 1 mg / L naphthylacetic acid and CK treatments. Then,the absolute content of total flavones under 1mg / L naphthylacetic acid treatment was the highest. However,the relative content of l-borneol under CK treatment was the highest,and the absolute content of l-borneol under 10 mg / L naphthylacetic acid treatment was the highest. Conclusion The naphthylacetic acid could significantly promote the growth and the accumulation of leaves,as well as the absolute contents of total flavones and l-borneol in B. balsamifera in slow growth period of winter.
