熟地黄对急性血瘀症大鼠血液流变性和凝血功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的研究熟地黄水提物对急性血瘀症大鼠血液流变性和凝血功能的改善作用。方法以肾上腺素结合冰水浴建立大鼠急性血瘀症模型,给予不同剂量的熟地黄水提物,测定血液流变学及凝血功能的相关指标。结果与模型组比较,大鼠给予熟地黄水提物中、高剂量组能显著降低血液流变学相关指标,延长凝血酶时间、凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间,降低纤维蛋白原含量。结论熟地黄水提物通过降低红细胞压积和红细胞沉积、缩短血小板聚集时间、延长凝血酶时间和降低纤维蛋白原含量,改善急性血瘀症大鼠的血液流变性和凝血功能。Objective To study the effect of the aqueous extract of prepared Radix Rehmanniae on hemorheology and coagulation in acute blood-stasis rats. Methods Model rats with acute blood-stasis were established by epinephrine combined with ice water bath,and the parameters of hemorheology and coagulation were measured after given different doses of the aqueous extract of prepared Radix Rehmanniae. Results Compared with the model group,the hemorheology indexes were decreased significantly,the activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）,prothrombin time（ PT） and thrombin time（ TT） were prolonged and plasma fibrinogen was reduced in the prepared Radix Rehmanniae groups with middle and high dosages. Conclusion The aqueous extract of prepared Radix Rehmanniae improves hemorheology and coagulation in acute bloodstasis rats through reducing haematocrit（ HCT） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR）,shortening the platelet aggregation time,prolonging thrombin time and reducing the content of fibrinogen.
