摘　　要：介绍了110 k V系统接地运行和全绝缘变压器的使用情况,分析了110 k V变压器中性点的过电压水平,通过研究相关规范资料,结合以往设计经验,对110 k V全绝缘变压器中性点的过电压保护提出解决办法,其中性点采用二次继电保护和避雷器作为过电压保护措施,避雷器的参数选择,应根据其过电压水平确定。Introduction was made to the 110 kV system grounding operation and the service condition of all-insulating transformers. This paper analyzed the overvoltage level of 110 kV transformer neutral point. By researching the relevant standard information and combining formerly design experience, this paper proposed the solution to solve the problem of 110 kV transformer neutral point overvoltage protection. The neutral point took the secondary relaying protection and arrester as overvoltage protection measures and the arrester parameters selection should be determined by the overvoltage level.
