摘　　要：以尾砂坝治理为切入点,运用层次分析法建立尾砂坝治理绩效考评体系,并且初步进行实证分析。结果显示该模型具有较好的实用性,实证研究表明:社会效益对治理绩效影响显著,尾砂坝所在地居民满意度对治理绩效的影响较强。Based on the tailings dam governance, this paper applied analytic hierarchy process to establish tailings dam management performance evaluation system and made preliminary empirical analysis and the model has good practicability. The empirical research showed that： social benefits had significantly influence on management performance and resident＇s satisfaction in local tailing dam had strong impact on governance performance.
