摘  要:介绍了高压斩波内馈调速装置的原理、优点,并通过高压斩波内馈调速在山西潞安容海电厂热网循环泵电机上的应用发现在高压大容量电动机的调速中使用斩波内馈调速技术更适合。经过实际应用,斩波内馈调速不仅能满足设计需要,而且由于其控制功率小、故障率低、使用成本和维护费用也极低,具有极大的推广价值。This paper introduced principle and advantages of high pressure chopped-wave and inter-feeding speed adjusting controller and found out that the application of chopped-wave and inter-feeding adjustment technology is more suitable for speed adjusting of high-voltage large-capacity motor through the application of high pressure chopped-wave and inter-feeding speed adjusting in heat supply network circulating pump motor used in Lu'an Ronghai Power Plant of Shanxi. Practical application showed that chopped-wave and inter-feeding speed adjusting can not only meet the needs of the design and have ~ great promotion value due to its small control power, low failure rate and very low operation cost and maintenance cost.
